Choose Quality.

Filling technology that is convincing
Quality, efficient technology and a small footprint – that’s what brewers demand for bottling in the lower and medium output ranges. Plus: a reasonable price for this technology.
AC Fill is the answer: The counterpressure filling system for beer and carbonated beverages combines all the functions of filling and capping in a compact design. In daily operation, the filling system convinces in three ways – through simple operation, a coherent hygiene concept and good maintenance conditions.

Designed specifically for small and medium-sized breweries
With a capacity of 3,500 to 16,500 bottles per hour, AC Fill is exactly the right choice for small and medium-sized breweries. All details have only one goal: to ensure the high quality of the beer during the filling process. Double pre-evacuation and high-pressure injection upstream of the capper are integrated as standard.

Only technology
matters.

Filler carousel
The completely redesigned filler carousel of the AC Fill offers high standards for the filling process. With high-precision technology in the bottle guide and in the design of the filling valve, the brewer uses efficient technology in the filling process.

Discover the details

1 Filling valve
With electropneumatic control of the filling valve all  steps in the filling process are specifically controlled.

2 Short-tube filling system
The counterpressure filling system integrates a short return gas tube. The product flows along the short tube and is gently guided into the bottle by an integrated spreader. The filling process ends when the product reaches the short tube and the return gas from the bottle can no longer flow into the ring bowl via the tube.

3 Lifting unit
The function of the lifting unit is based on a closed compressed air circuit with adjustable pressure. The lubricated compressed air is fed into the system via a supply line from the valve manifold. In a CIP process or when the filler is switched off, all lifting units are in the lower position. Then, the machine is completely pressure-free.

4 Ring bowl
Product supply from the valve manifold is done from below via a frequency-controlled pump. The filling level in the ring bowl is monitored by a probe.

Entscheide Dich für Qualität. Effiziente Technik und ein kleiner Grundriss: AC Fill ist der Füller für Brauer im unteren und mittleren Leistungsbereich.

For beer and
carbonated softdrinks

AC Fill is flexible
Product changes for the filling of various beer types, carbonated beverages or water are stored in the filling program. An automatic CIP process makes product changeover simple and safe.

AC Fill – the advantages
for brewery operations

Proven: Filling in counterpressure filling system
It is the filling system that best corresponds to the practice in medium-sized breweries. Components are the electropneumatic control of the filling steps and the filling level defined by the length of the return gas tube. This is a simple principle that many breweries around the world use with great success.

Secured: the high quality of the beer specialities
With double pre-evacuation and intermediate CO2 flushing, AC Fill has everything you need for low- oxygen beer filling. The vacuum generated by the pre- evacuation reduces the air content in the bottle to around 1 percent. After filling, the high-pressure injection displaces the oxygen in the headspace of the bottle.

And of course: Hygienic Design
The machine is made of stainless steel (material 1.4301 or higher). The filler is designed in accordance with EHEDG requirements to ensure a high level of hygiene in the filler area. The inclined table top – in rooftable design – also meets these requirements.

Transparent: central control panel
All functions are available in the central operating program. Thus, a good overview of the current production and the individual filling programs is provided directly at AC Fill.

Simple: Changing the bottle format
0.33 litres, 0.5 litres or 0.75 litres: depending on market and product speciality, beer is distributed in different bottle formats. With AC Fill, changing bottle formats is fast and largely without tools. Depending on the bottle and filling height, the return gas tube is changed and the height of the filler top is adjusted.

Preprogrammed: fast product changeover
Of course, AC Fill also fills carbonated soft drinks. The necessary CIP cleaning steps after beer filling and filling are pre-programmed in the operating panel. CIP bottles are inserted manually, followed by the predefined CIP cleaning program.

Efficient: convenient maintenance procedures
Routine maintenance tasks must be easy to perform. AC Fill has central encapsulated bearings for the majority of its bearings. The main bearings for the ring bowl and capper are easily accessible via the lubrication bar. For the media distributor, an easily accessible pipe connection provides quick access for regular lubrication tasks.

Customer Testimonials

“We are using our filler already since 2014 and we work closely together with Atlantic C in a long term cooperation. The technology that is provided here has earned our trust.”

Using the 25-valve filler with electropneumatic control and crowner with five stations, Jopen brewery even processes batch sizes from 10 hectrolitres – for special beers – up to batch sizes of 60 hectolitres from the brewhouse in the Jopen church or up to 180 hectolitres from the brewhouse in Waarderpolder. The short-tube filler is designed as a counter-pressure filler and processes five different bottles.
